We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to deliver concierge relocation services: home search and preview itineraries, document support and translation coordination, moving logistics and carrier selection, and settling-in assistance including school introductions and local registrations. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your move.
Who we share with
We share information only with vetted relocation partners, carriers, and legal or banking contacts directly involved in your move. Every partner operates under a strict non-disclosure agreement. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Retention & deletion
We retain your personal data for the duration of your engagement plus three years, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us through the website; we will confirm completion within 30 days.
Your rights

Data security
